TERMS AND PAYMENT

Pipeline Media accepts payment via cheque, postal order and electronic funds transfer. Schools and government bodies supplying an official purchase order will be invoiced on delivery of goods. Invoice payment terms are 21 days from invoice date.

 

DELIVERY

Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery, although actual delivery may be sooner.

 

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Pipeline Media’s policy is to supply goods in new and working condition. Any faulty product will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser provided notification is made to Pipeline Media within 21 days of receipt of goods.

We will accept returns for faulty goods, duplicate or incorrect orders provided we receive notification within 21 days of receipt.

 

PERMITTED USAGE

DVDs supplied through this web site are for non-theatrical purposes, including private individual use. Permitted uses are screening to non-paying audiences in educational institutions, libraries, hospitals, prisons, museums, churches, government, business and industry bodies of an educational/informative, cultural, social or charitable nature.

 

RESTRICTIONS

The material may not be edited, broadcast, copied, screened to a paying audience, or transmitted.

Please contact us with any enquiries regarding permission to use the material within Distance Education and Learning Networks.
